Position Title: Organization Manager

Position Summary:

The Organization Manager oversees daily administrative and program operations to ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. This role supports staff, volunteers, leadership, and Board activities while maintaining strong communication, organization, and compliance with nonprofit standards. The Organization Manager serves as the hub for the organization’s administrative, financial, communication, and development needs, with direct reporting to the Board Chair or his/her designee, and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. This is an Independent Contractor position.
