The primary goals or roles of the Building and Development Committee will be:
- Fundraising(cash/in-kind) for the building in collaboration with a professional fundraiser.
- Location Search/Selection for the building or land for the Africa House Sacramento.
- Oversight of the design of a new building or the renovation of an existing one.
Upon convening, the committee will outline its scope of work based on stated roles, as well as selection of the committee co/chair.
